The apartments were so luxurious, it was like being in my own private mansion. I loved the balcony with stunning views, the spacious living room, and the fully equipped kitchen. And the free ski storage was a nice touch, thanks.

Oh, just the minor inconvenience of having to book in at the reception and the unresponsive staff. But hey, who needs customer service when you have a glamorous mountain view?

The room was quite small.

The database was invaluable in organizing my itinerary and preserving important information. the room I was allocated was exceptional. Located in the bedroom furthest away, it provided a serene atmosphere with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Although my stay at Mountain Resort By Kaprun Rentals was predominantly positive, there was a minor inconvenience. The constant emails regarding payment confusion were bothersome, causing unnecessary stress.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the city centre and the glacier. The staff, although we didn't see them often, were friendly and helpful. The underground parking and security were great additions for peace of mind. We had a fabulous time enjoying the high-quality furnishings and housewares, as well as the comfortable bedding and top-notch showers. The building itself was warm, cosy, and welcoming. All in all, it was a mind-blowing experience and we're already planning our next trip back!

I got great value for my money at Mountain Resort By Kaprun Rentals. The room was well-equipped and had a lovely panoramic view of the glacier. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the city center and a quick drive to the glacier. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant, and the facilities like the swimming pool and sauna were clean and inviting.

The breakfast menu could have been more diverse.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the apartment's proximity to the city centre and the glacier, as well as the cozy and well-equipped facilities. the TV in every room, fireplace, DVD, and Playstation provided entertainment options, and the wellness center with a pool, sauna. the staff was helpful and pleasant, and we appreciated being able to order fresh bread every morning. it was the perfect place for a holiday.

While our stay was generally excellent, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The patio/garden area could have been better maintained as the table and patio were dirty.

The decoration in the hotel was simply delightful! The intricate wooden beams gave the place a warm and cozy feeling, perfect for senior people like me. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible, allowing me to move around comfortably. I also appreciated the convenience of having two parking spaces at my disposal.

Just a small suggestion for a better vacation for seniors would be to have the children working there pass by the rooms a bit more often. It would have been nice to see friendly faces and receive assistance whenever needed.
